Es ist wichtig, die einzelnen Haltungen Schritt für Schritt zu lernen, um eine korrekte Ausrichtung zu erreichen und Verletzungen zu vermeiden. Pranayama ist die Lehre des Atems und beinhaltet zahlreiche Übungen, um den Atem zu beobachten und zu kontrollieren.

Still dasitzen, die eigenen Gedanken beobachten und sie dabei nicht zu bewerten, ist verdammt schwierig. Zum Glück gibt es einige Techniken und geleitete Meditationen, die das Ganze etwas erleichtern.
Achtsamkeit im Alltag hat ebenfalls etwas Meditatives, da wir auf diese Weise völlig in diesem Moment leben und uns nicht von unseren Gedanken und Sorgen leiten lassen. Es ist eine meiner Lieblingsbeschäftigungen. Außerdem versorgt es meinen Yogi-Body mit allem, was er braucht. Umso wichtiger also, dass da nicht einfach irgendwas hinein geworfen wird. Gesund, vollwertig und vor allem frisch zu kochen ist gar nicht schwer und umständlich.
